This list covers all 7 smoothie days for 1 person. If youβre making smoothies for 2 people, simply
double the amounts. Everything is designed to be simple, affordable, and easy to find in a regular grocery store.

Tip: You donβt need to be exact. If something comes slightly bigger or smaller, thatβs totally okay.

- Spinach β 1 small bag or box (about 4β5 cups fresh)
- Bananas β 5β6 medium (youβll use about Β½ banana most days)
